Child Safety Standards

RoLove is an adults-only (18+) dating app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards and how we enforce them, in line with Google Play's child safety policy and applicable law.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 to use RoLove. We confirm age at sign-up, the app is rated for adults, and we do not allow minors. We block any user we learn is under 18.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit any content, message or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes are banned without exception.

3. How to report abuse

You can report any profile, message or conversation directly in the app using Report or Block. Child-safety reports are prioritised. You can also write to us at hello@rolove.ro.

4. How we respond

• we remove violating content immediately;
• we suspend and permanently delete the responsible accounts;
• we securely preserve relevant evidence;
• we report CSAE to the competent national and regional authorities and recognised hotlines (for example, NCMEC's CyberTipline), as required by law.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement. Where the law requires it, we report suspected material or behaviour to the relevant authorities and organisations.

6. Prevention

We reduce risk through content moderation, account verification, anti-fake-account and anti-bot measures, and clear community rules, and we keep improving them.
